
2021 has finally arrived! People may be thinking that now everything is going to change, after all, we had an unforgettable 2020. However, things will only improve in our lives if we change our thoughts, attitudes, words and actions for the better too.
There won't be a miracle and suddenly everything will fall into place and look beautiful in life. Changes take time and require consistency, motivation and discipline.
Whatever your plan is for this year, we want to share some very valuable productivity tips from one of the most amazing coaches in the world; Brendon Burchard from United States.
Productivity is not a matter of doing more things in less time, its achieved by quality work and happiness. That's it, happiness.
This wonderful feeling is connected to the MOTIVATION factor. Procrastination and perfectionism visit us - and are very disruptive to our lives - when we feel unmotivated. So it is always good to remember our most beautiful and exciting goals, especially when they include boring tasks along the way. Yes, they exist and they also need to be carried out, but when we remember that they will help us, for example, to make a very beautiful and positive impact on the world, then it becomes easier to face them.

1. Know, really know, what your goals are and the main results of those goals. Be very clear about this and keep your activities focused on what really matters to you.
2. Productivity is the result of concrete actions that connect with healthy eating, quality of sleep, physical exercise and positive emotions. These four things help us to generate energy and quality of life and the more we practice them, the more productive we will be.
3. Stop everything you are doing every 50 minutes, and take a break. It can be stretching, practicing yoga exercises ... anything that does NOT include reading emails or browsing the internet. Take a real break. And then get back to work. Your brain will work much better
4. Every Sunday, Brendon recommends that you evaluate from zero to ten and give yourself weekly goals to accomplish in each of these areas: health, family, friends, close relationships, mission, work, finance, hobbies, spirituality and emotion.
The score from zero to ten is for you to know what is out of balance in your life. Balancing these things will help you do everything more productively.
And a very cool thing he says is this: pay attention to the quality with which you do things, in the sense of enjoying them while you are doing them. This is much more important and can bring about far more effective results than just the amount of hours you spend on tasks.
